StudioFlow is a suite of twelve apps for dance studios that share one login, one bill and one family record: Studio Admin, Store, Shows & Tickets, Website, Marketing, Rentals, Customer App, Staff, Media Library, Kiosk, TV Spotlight, and an optional human Front Desk. It works the way Google Workspace does, but every app is built for how a dance studio actually runs.
It is built for dance, and we say so on purpose — the defaults, the vocabulary and the programme structure all come from running Pryntsev Ballet Academy. But nothing underneath is dance-only. The suite is built around recurring classes, terms, family accounts, tuition and a big annual show, which is the same shape a gymnastics gym, a cheer and tumbling programme, a martial arts school, or a music or theatre school runs on. The apps carry over directly: Shows & Tickets sells seats for a recital or a meet, Store handles uniforms instead of dress code, Kiosk checks students in at the door, Media Library holds routines instead of choreography. Studio Admin does not care what happens in the room — it cares that a family is enrolled in a class on a schedule and owes tuition for it. Tell us what you run when you book the demo and we will say plainly whether it fits.
Studio Admin (classes, enrollment, billing), Store (a custom dress-code store with no inventory), Shows & Tickets (recital ticketing), Website, Marketing (email and texting), Rentals, Customer App, Staff, Media Library (recital photos and videos plus class music, in place of Google Drive links), Kiosk (an iPad at the front desk, in place of the paper sign-in sheet), and TV Spotlight (your lobby TV showing today's schedule, student achievements and a trial QR code, in place of a blank screen and printed flyers). Front Desk — a real person who answers your phone — is an add-on.
Yes. Pick one app and add more later. Each app replaces something you already pay for, and because they share the same families, classes and payments, adding the next one needs no new data entry.
Founding-studio pricing starts at $49 per month for the whole software suite — every app, one login, one bill, no per-app charges. The human Front Desk service, which answers your studio phone and texts 9 AM–3 PM on weekdays, is a separate add-on you can turn on at any time. A limited number of studios are onboarded each month.
Studios usually drop Jackrabbit or Studio Director for Studio Admin, Wix or Squarespace for Website, Mailchimp plus a separate texting app for Marketing, a standalone recital ticketing site for Shows & Tickets, and the spreadsheet-and-Venmo routine for Rentals.
No. We migrate your data for you as part of setup — families, classes, enrollments and payment history — so you are not retyping a season into a new system.
About seven days. We set up every app, move your data, and you approve it before anything goes live to parents.
A real person, always. Your Front Desk is a trained human who learns your programs, schedule, pricing and policies, answers the studio phone and texts 9 AM–3 PM on weekdays, follows up with every new lead, and books trials. StudioFlow is the software they work in.
Yes. StudioFlow connects to ChatGPT and Claude as a connector, so you can ask your assistant who hasn't paid, who is enrolled, or who missed class, and have it send the email or text. Because every app shares the same data, the answer covers the whole studio, not one app. You choose what the connection is allowed to do and can revoke it at any time.
Yes, any time. If the suite isn't better than what you were running after 30 days, you get your money back.
Every app, one login, one bill. We move your data, set up every app, and you're live in 7 days. Add a real human Front Desk any time. If it's not better in 30 days, you get your money back.
